Classes

     Pottery classes are given during the week at the studio for the beginner and intermediate student.  Enjoy learning in  small classes with individual instruction.  You will be taught the potter’s wheel, slab roller, extruder and learn coil and sculpture.

     Classes are weekly, on either Wednesday or Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30pm.  Contact Maria for more information and class availability.  There is currently a waiting list for classes. 973-697-4114

     Maria has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in clay and an art teaching certification.  She taught high school art and has been teaching adult classes for over 35 years.  Maria has been in juried art shows through-out the tri-state area and has been displaying her work publicly in her home shop for the last 30 years.
